Terms and Conditions
- Cambodia Travel Pass is available to be purchased by FlyerBonus Members only.
- Cambodia Travel Pass member must ensure their details registered in FlyerBonus Member account (e.g. full name and date of birth) are correct and identical to the spelling in passport or identity card. These details will be used for flight booking.
- Booking can be made via https://www.bangkokair.com/CTP_reservation (Cambodia Travel Pass member must log in to FlyerBonus Member account to book flight online) or contact Bangkok Airways' Office
- Unlimited travel on Phnom Penh-Bangkok v.v and Siem Reap-Bangkok v.v. routes are only valid for the base fare and do not include ancillaries, add-ons, airport charges, taxes and regulatory fees, or other applicable charges, if any, which shall be payable by the Cambodia Travel Pass member at the time of booking.
- The benefits and privileges are reserved for Cambodia Travel Pass member only.
- Cambodia Travel Pass is non-transferable and unable to be exchanged for any cash or kind. Any attempt to transfer or book flight using Cambodia Travel Pass for someone other than the member will result in immediate forfeiture of Cambodia Travel Pass.
- After issuing ticket, flight/date change is permitted without fee. Cambodia Travel Pass member names cannot be changed.
- Cambodia Travel Pass members are allowed up to five (5) no-shows. In the event Cambodia Travel Pass member exceeds the number of no-shows permitted, Bangkok Airways have the right to cancel Cambodia Travel Pass privileges entirely including any future flight(s) booked and/or confirmed, without any liability on the part of Bangkok Airways.
- Cambodia travel pass and tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed into cash.
- Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers.
- No reissue or reimbursement for any lost, misplace, or stolen of physical Cambodia travel pass.
- The purchase dates, flight booking dates, and travel dates of Cambodia Travel Pass specified herein are based on Thailand local time (GMT+7).
- Cambodia Travel Pass is available in limited numbers.
- Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to delete, add, alter, modify, change or vary any or all of the terms and conditions stated herein without any prior notice.

FAQs
Cambodia Travel Pass is 1 year limited period subscription membership starting from 01 August 2024 - 31 July 2025 so that you can travel unlimitedly on Bangkok Airways’ Phnom Penh-Bangkok v.v. and Siem Reap-Bangkok v.v. within the valid period. The base fares do not include ancillaries, add-ons, airport charges, taxes and regulatory fees, or other applicable charges, if any, which shall be payable by the Cambodia Travel Pass member at the time of booking.
Cambodia Travel Pass price is 2,590 USD (inclusive of VAT 7%)
Members are eligible to book One-way or Round-Trip ticket only
Members are eligible to book Economy class only and be able to upgrade to business class on available flights by paying the difference fare as shown below.
