<p>The Company shall keep your personal data for a period as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes as notified. However, the Company reserves the right to retain your personal for longer than the period mentioned above if to comply with the laws or to exercise the right to demand according to the agreement or the laws. When data is no longer necessary or the retention period has ended, the Company shall erase or destroy your personal data, or anonymize data, ensuring it cannot be used to identify you</p>

In this case the Company shall inform you of reasons for rejecting such request.</p>

<p>We, Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited, installed CCTV cameras in and around our premises to monitor specific spaces for safety and security of our buildings, assets, employees, customers and visitors. This privacy notice provides information on collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data collected by our CCTV system and your right as Data Subject.</p>

<h2>1. TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED</h2>

<p>Our CCTV cameras capture moving images and sound of individuals, including their belongings (e.g. vehicles, luggage), entering the monitored area in or around our premises and facilities. The CCTV system which operates 24 hours a day may have recorded your personal data.</p>

<h2>2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASE FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA.</h2>

<h5>2.1 Purposes for processing personal data</h5>

<ol style="list-style-type: none;">
	<li>(1) Protection of health, safety and belongings of individuals.</li>
	<li>(2) Protection of buildings, facilities and assets of the Company against damages, disruption of operation, vandalism, and other crimes.</li>
	<li>(3) Supporting law enforcement agencies in prevention, protection, detection and various litigations.</li>
	<li>(4) Supporting dispute resolution which may arise during disciplinary process or grievance process.</li>
	<li>(5) Supporting the investigation process or complaint process.</li>

<h2>3. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA</h2>

<p>In order to achieve the purposes specified in this Privacy Notice, we may need to disclose your personal data recorded by CCTV to following natural person or juristic person:</p>

<p>บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) มีการติดตั้งและใช้กล้องวงจรปิดภายในและโดยรอบอาคารสถานที่ของบริษัทฯ เพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยและความมั่งคงของสถานที่ ทรัพย์สิน พนักงาน ลูกค้า และผู้มาติดต่อ ดังนั้น บริษัทฯ จึงได้จัดทำประกาศฉบับนี้ เพื่อแจ้งให้ท่านทราบถึงรายละเอียดการดำเนินการกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และสิทธิของท่านตามกฎหมายในฐานะเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ดังต่อไปนี้</p>

<p>กล้องวงจรปิดของบริษัทฯ มีการบันทึกภาพเคลื่อนไหว (เสียง) ของบุคคล รวมถึงทรัพย์สินต่างๆ เช่น ยานพาหนะ กระเป๋า ซึ่งเข้ามาภายในอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของบริษัทฯ โดยกล้องวงจรปิดจะทำงานตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และบริษัทฯ อาจมีการบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้</p>

<h2>2. วัตถุประสงค์และฐานกฎหมายในการประมวลผลข้อมูล</h2>
