If your ticket is purchased and issued through our partner, a travel agent*; please contact them to arrange your requsition. *This includes our online platform partners eg. Traveloka, Expedia, etc.

  • Further inquiries regarding refund, please contact at refund@bangkokair.com during 08:00 - 17:30 hrs. (GMT +7, Thailand local time)
  • We reserve the right to process refund in the same currency and manner used to pay for the ticket
  • Voluntary refunds will be made only by the carrier who originally issued the ticket or by its agent if so authorized
  • For non-refundable ticket, only unused airport taxes and government taxes can be refunded.
