Suvarnabhumi International Airport Virtual Tour
Suvarnabhumi is one large terminal consisting of Concourses A-G. Concourse A is assigned as Bangkok Airways' domestic while Concourse D is for Bangkok Airways' International departure and arrival.
Bangkok Airways Check-in Virtual Tour
- Passenger Terminal Building Level 4, entrance no. 3.
- Check-in Row "F", Counters F01 - F15 (All Flights Check-in).
- For domestic flight, counters will be closed 40 minutes - before flight departure time.
- For international flight, counters will be closed 50 minutes before flight departure time.
Bangkok Airways Ticketing Office
- Passenger Terminal Building Level 6
- Enter via entrance no. 3 on Level 4 and proceed to the elevator behind check - in Row "F".
- Ticket office hour : 04.00 - 22.30 Daily.
Departure Formalities & Boarding Gates (Levels 2-4) Virtual Tour
- Domestic Flights
- After check-in, Domestic Departure proceed from Level 4 to Level 2 for the Boarding Gates.
- Bangkok Airways boarding gates for Domestic flights are located Passenger Terminal Building G (Concourses "A" & "B") at Gates A1 to A6 & Gates B1 to B6.
- Bangkok Airways' boarding gates close 15 minutes before flight departure time.
- International Flights
- After check-in, International Departure proceed to the middle of the Passenger Terminal Building Level 4.
- Proceed to Departure Tax Counters and onwards to Passport Control.
- VAT Refund Counters are available at Passenger Terminal Building Level 4 before and after Passport Control.
- Beyond the Passport Control area:
- proceed from Level 4 to Level 3 for the Boutique lounges, and/or
- proceed from Level 4 to Level 2 for the Boarding Gates.
- Bangkok Airways boarding gates for International flights are located at the Passenger Terminal Building (Concourses "C" & "D"); Gates C1 to C10 & Gates D1 to D4 (Departure gate would be specify in Boarding pass after check-in).
- Bangkok Airways' boarding gates would be close in 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
- Domestic Lounge is located at Level 2, Concourse "A" – opposite to Gate A3
- International Lounge is located at Level 3, Opposite gate D7.
Arrival & Transit Formalities (Levels 2-4)
Passengers enter Arrival Hall and proceed to Passport Control, followed by Baggage Claim & Customs at Level 2. Bangkok Airways Baggage Service Facility is located at Passenger Terminal Building Level 2 near Belt 01. Virtual Tour
- Transit passengers checked-through to their final destinations:
- proceed to Level 3 before returning to Level 2 to access new boarding gates
- Bangkok Airways' transfer counters are located at East Airside Center.
- Transit passengers without checked-through to their final destinations:
- clear Passport Control & Customs with all baggage items
- proceed to transfer counters located Passenger Terminal Building Level 2
- proceed to Departure Hall at Passenger Terminal Building Level 4 for standard departure formalities including Passport Control.
Public Transportation
The Public Transportation Center is a 28-rai (42,000 sqm) space located near the Bangkok Catering Company building about 5 minutes drive from the passenger terminal. It is dedicated to transportation via taxi, limousine, rented cars and buses. One can get to the Public Transportation Center from the terminals via a shuttle bus.
Public Bus
A public bus will run to and from six city destinations: Min-buri, Happy Land, Victory Monument, Bang Na, Samut Prakarn and Don Muang.

Car Rental
All car rentals will be done at the Public Transportation Center.
Limousine
Two limo services will be available here: one from THAI and another arranged by Airports of Thailand (AOT).
Taxi
Additional of THB50 fee would be charged for taxis leaving Suvarnabhumi. The average cost of metered taxi from central business area to the airport using the expressway (Excludes THB50 and expressway tolls fee) is B180-240.
