Conditions for Complimentary Tickets

• Complimentary tickets can be redeemed online via www.bangkokair.com by using PIN number sent by system to the passenger’s email included booking instructions after Business class tickets have been purchased (within 31 March 2010).
• Complimentary tickets can be redeemed between 01 April 2010 and 31 March 2011.
• Complimentary tickets are non-transferable once tickets are issued.
• Ticketing fee of THB 300 will be applied and airport tax, insurance surcharge and fuel surcharge will be charged separately.
• Ticket validity is 6 month(s) from the first travelling date
• All travelling date must be completed within 31 March 2011.
• Both complimentary tickets must be issued together at the same time.
• 2 passengers must travel together on the same flight/date throughout the journey to enjoy the privilege.
• Non-reroute and non-refundable once ticket is issued.
• Name changed is not permitted once ticket is issued.
• After tickets are issued (within ticket validity), change of reservation is permitted with changing fee of THB 500 per transaction per person.
• Blackout periods are 16 to 31 December 2010 and 1 to 15 January 2011.
• Flyer Bonus points will not be earned for complimentary tickets.
