<p>The pet will be housed in an aircraft hold beneath the passenger cabin in a safe and temperature-controlled environment. Please note that;</p>

	<li>Dogs and cats are the only types of pets accepted.</li>
	<li>Please notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance prior to your departure date by contacting our call center or ticketing office.</li>
	<li>For international travel, pet owners are responsible for providing all the necessary valid documents required by national authorities (e.g. import/export/ transhipment license, a veterinary health certificate, rabies vaccination letter, pet&rsquo;s passport).</li>
	<li>Pet owners are responsible for providing an appropriate standard hard kennel/container. We encourage you to follow <a href="https://media.bangkokair.com/files/pdf/
Requirement_for_Pet_Container_2024_ENG.pdf" target="_blank">all requirements of pet container</a> before proceeding to the airport.

	<li>Collars/vest/harnesses/clothing and electronic GPS trackers should be removed from the pets prior crating. If GPS trackers or any other recording equipment are used, ensure batteries installed in device must not exceed 2g for lithium metal batteries and 100 Wh for Lithium ion batteries.<br />
	<span class="text-tiny"><strong>Note:</strong> If passengers wish to keep on the pet&rsquo;s collars, please ensure it is fitted properly around pet&rsquo;s neck and not loose.</span></li>

	<p>The following list of Brachycephalic breeds (snub-nosed dogs and cats) and some dog and cat breeds are not allowed to be accepted as checked baggage (AVIH) or transported in the cargo compartment for the reason of safety and well-being of these special kinds of pets.<br />

	<p>Acceptance :<br />
	<strong>Domestic</strong> - All flights to Chiang Mai, Phuket , Samui and all flights operated with AT72.<br />
	- Pet must be at least 8 weeks old.<br />
	- According to the announcement by the Trat provincial Livestock, the owners need to prepare an official permit for the movement of animal issued by local government veterinary authority before traveling with their pets to/from Trat.<br />
	<strong>International</strong> - All routes except the Maldives (Allow cats only). Apply Bangkok Airways acceptance procedure with local customs requirements of port of origin/transfer/transit/destination, animal age and health requirement.</p>

	<ul>
		<li>Thailand : Pet must be at least 4 months old.</li>
		<li>Other Countries : Apply local customs regulations</li>
	</ul>

	<p><span class="text-tiny"><strong>Note :</strong> Some aircraft do not have the appropriate facilities for AVIH service. Please contact one of our offices or our call centre for more details.</span></p>
	</li>
	<li>The airline regrets to inform you that pets that are pregnant, injured, ill or with strong odour will not be accepted.</li>
	<li>The owners must accept all risks associated with air travel such as injury, sickness or death of their pets during the journey.</li>
	<li>AVIH for International transfer to Domestic is not acceptable.</li>
	<li>If accepted, the weight shall not be included in your free baggage allowance and <a href="https://www.bangkokair.com/baggage-allowance">excess baggage charge</a> will apply. The total charge weight will include the pet and the cage or any appropriated container. For domestic flights, THB 180/kg/Sector and for international flights the rate will be subject to a zonal fare.</li>

	&ndash; ตามประกาศสำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดตราด เจ้าของจะต้องจัดเตรียมใบอนุญาตเคลื่อนย้ายสัตว์ที่ออกโดยสัตวแพทย์ผู้มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบประจำเขตก่อนนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเดินทางเข้า-ออกจังหวัดตราด<br />
	<strong>สำหรับเส้นทางต่างประเทศ</strong> &ndash; สามารถให้บริการรับขนส่งสัตว์เลี้ยงได้ทุกเส้นทาง ยกเว้น เส้นทางมัลดีฟส์ (บริการรับขนส่งเฉพาะแมว) สายการบินปฏิบัติตามกฏข้อบังคับด้านศุลกากร ในการขนส่งสุนัขหรือแมว ของประเทศต้นทาง/ผ่านลำ/เปลี่ยนลำ/ปลายทาง. สำหรับข้อกำหนด ด้านอายุและสุขภาพ ของสุนัขและแมวมีดังนี้</p>

		<li>ประเทศไทย - สุนัขหรือแมวต้องมีอายุอย่างน้อย 4 เดือน</li>
		<li>ต่างประเทศ - ขึ้นอยู่กับข้อกำหนดของประเทศนั้นๆ</li>

	<p><span class="text-tiny"><strong>หมายเหตุ -</strong> เครื่องบินบางประเภทของสายการบินไม่สามารถรองรับการขนส่งสัตว์เลี้ยงได้ลูกค้าสามารถตรวจสอบประเภทของเครื่องบินโดยติดต่อสำนักงานออกบัตรโดยสาร หรือผ่านทาง Call Centre.</span></p>

	<li>สายการบินขออภัยที่แจ้งว่า ไม่สามารถให้บริการขนส่ง สุนัขหรือแมวที่ตั้งครรภ์ , เจ็บป่วย หรือส่งกลิ่นรบกวนได้</li>
	<li>สายการบินจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการเจ็บป่วย บาดเจ็บ หรือเสียชีวิตของสุนัขหรือแมว ในระหว่างการขนส่งทางอากาศ</li>
	<li>สายการบินไม่รับขนส่งสุนัขและแมวเปลี่ยนลำจากเที่ยวบินต่างประเทศมายังเที่ยวบินภายในประเทศ</li>
