Terms and Conditions
- Members of The Elite can unlimitedly travel on domestic and The Elite Plus can unlimitedly travel on domestic and international flights operated by Bangkok Airways or other carriers under leasing by Bangkok Airways, during the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025.
- The Elite is available to be purchased by FlyerBonus Members only. Become a member, click here
- The Elite member must ensure their details registered in FlyerBonus Member account (e.g. full name and date of birth) are correct and identical to the spelling in passport or identity card. These details will be used for flight booking.
- Bookings can be made online at www.bangkokair.com/theelite2025 (The Elite member must log in to FlyerBonus Member account to book flights online), Ticket Office or Bangkok Airways call center 1771 (+66 2270 6699).
- Unlimited travel is only valid for the base fare and does not include ancillaries, add-ons, airport charges, taxes and regulatory fees, or other applicable charges, if any, which shall be payable by the The Elite member at the time of booking.
- The benefits and privileges are reserved for The Elite members only.
- The Elite is non-transferable and unable to be exchanged for any cash or kind. Any attempt to transfer or book flight using The Elite for someone other than the member will result in immediate forfeiture of The Elite.
- After issuing a ticket, flight/date/route change is permitted without fee. The Elite member names cannot be changed.
- The Elite members are allowed up to five (5) no-shows. In the event The Elite member exceeds the number of no-shows permitted, Bangkok Airways have the right to cancel The Elite privileges entirely including any future flight(s) booked and/or confirmed, without any liability on the part of Bangkok Airways.
- The Elite and tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed into cash.
- Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers.
- No reissue or reimbursement for any lost, misplaced, or stolen physical The Elite Card.
- The purchase dates, flight booking dates, and travel dates of The Elite specified herein are based on Thailand local time (GMT+7).
- The Elite is available in limited numbers.
- Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to delete, add, alter, modify, change or vary any or all of the terms and conditions stated herein without any prior notice.
- 1 purchase per 1 Flyerbonus member.
- FlyerBonus members are required to complete the order themselves.
- Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
- The membership card and receipt will be sent within 7 days after the end of the sales period.

The Elite is an annual-based subscription starting from 01 January 2025-31 December 2025 subscription that you can unlimited travel Domestic & international flights of Bangkok Airways or other carriers under leasing by Bangkok Airways with a travel period of 1 year.
Elite: is a subscription that you can travel domestic flights with Bangkok Airways unlimitedly within 1 year.
Elite Plus: is a subscription that you can travel both domestic and international flights with Bangkok Airways or other carriers under leasing by Bangkok Airways unlimitedly within 1 year
Passengers are required to pay airport taxes as required by each airport, including related service fees.
Elite is 120,000 THB including tax 7% total will be at 128,400 THB
Elite Plus is 190,000 THB including tax 7% total will be at 203,300 THB
- Members are eligible to book a one-way or round-trip ticket only
- Members are eligible to book economy class only and be able to book business class on available flights by paying the difference fare as shown below.

You can purchase the elite via FlyerBonus Official Store by credit card payment visa and master, QR payment and wallet.
If you receive a 'Payment Failed' message, please check the payment result with your card issuer. There are several reasons for payment issues, as follows:
1.Invalid card information: Please order a new card and fill in the correct information.
2.Insufficient card credit: Contact the card issuer to check the credit or account balance or use a different credit/debit card.
3.Card declined: Contact the bank to inquire about the cause and solution. If there has been a deduction, please be patient as your payment might still be in process. If the problem still persists, kindly send the payment details to pgelitecard@bangkokair.com
Yes, The Elite is available for everyone. Minors who are below the age of 16 may only subscribe with the approval under the supervision of an adult and must be 12 years old and above on the day of departure to travel to enjoy the unlimited free flights.

No cancellations can be made to The Elite.
Once you have purchased the Elite, you will have the access to www.bangkokair.com/login_theelite for booking the flight.
Your subscription entitles you to travel for 1 year from 01 January 2025- 31 December 2025.
Yes, using the subscription to redeem flight(s) will have to pay only the airport tax (the fee subject to each airport) and passenger service charge.
