Bangkok Airways announces the temporary suspension of Bangkok – Hat Yai and Bangkok – Danang (Vietnam)

Bangkok / 4 February 2022 – Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited announces the temporary suspensions of its Bangkok – Hat Yai (v.v.) from 1 March 2023 and Bangkok – Danang (v.v.) from 1 May 2023 until further notice.  

Passengers affected by the above temporary flight suspensions may request one of the following;

1. A refund in the form of a travel voucher to be used for future ticketing, more information can be seen at www.bangkokair.com/travel-voucher (or)
2. A full cash refund at https://www.bangkokair.com/managing-my-booking (or)
3. If passengers wish to travel on the same route, the airline will arrange flights with an alternative airline.
