Missing Point Claims up to 6 Months

More flexibility added to missing point claims; effective January 1, 2010, members can claim for missing points up to 6 months following the applicable flight activity date. Any requests for missing points for flights taken prior to July 1, 2009 will not be accepted under any circumstances.

For example; if you complete a Claim Missing Points Online form on January 1, 2010, the earliest date of flight activity accepted will be July 1, 2009. If a claim is submitted on January 20, 2010, requests will be accepted for flights taken not prior to July 20, 2009.

Flight claims with Bangkok Airways must be made by completing the online form at www.bangkokair.com/flyerbonus

Remark: A minimum of 4 weeks should be allowed for retroactive points to be credited to your account

For retroactive claims with our partner airline(s), members can claim for missing points up to six (6) months following the flight activity date by contacting FlyerBonus Member Service in writing. FlyerBonus point claims must include original boarding passes and a copy of the e-ticket or itinerary print-out. Faxed, scanned or copies of boarding passes cannot be processed for point credits. Claims can be submitted by post to the FlyerBonus Member Service in Bangkok.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Earned FlyerBonus points are credited to your account automatically provided that you have stated your FlyerBonus number when utilizing our services. Approximately two weeks for such points to appear in your account should be allowed.
  2. All missing point claims must be submitted within 6 months of the activity date
  3. Flight claims on Bangkok Airways must be made by completing the applicable online form at www.bangkokair.com/flyerbonus
  4. Members are required to keep all activity documentation (i.e. tickets, original boarding passes, receipts for hotel stays or partner car rental agencies) until the points have been successfully credited to your account
  5. For retroactive claims with our partner airline(s), members can claim for missing points up to six (6) months following the flight activity date by contacting the FlyerBonus Member Service Centre in writing. FlyerBonus point claims must include original boarding passes and a copy of the e-ticket or itinerary print-out. Faxed, scanned or copies of boarding passes cannot be processed for point credit. Claims can be submitted by post to the FlyerBonus Member Service in Bangkok.
  6. Bangkok Airways takes no responsibility for any program disruption or loss of submitted documentation as a result of postal service failure
  7. All point claim documents will not be returned to senders
  8. Each accrual activity can be credited to only one frequent flyer program
  9. Points also cannot be transferred from one program to another
  10. Other Terms and Conditions of FlyerBonus apply


Please note that if your FlyerBonus membership number is stated on your boarding pass, earned points from the flight will be automatically transferred to your account.
