How do I earn FlyerBonus points?
You can accumulate FlyerBonus points when flying with Bangkok Airways. In addition, members can also earn points when utilizing services offered by our programme partners, including hotels, financial institutions, car rental agencies and healthcare partners. To ensure that points are automatically credited to your membership account, please quote your membership number when making a reservation and present your membership card at check-in.

 


 

 

Can I earn points on non-airline partners?
Yes, you can earn FlyerBonus points when utilizing services from one of our aligned non-airline partners: hotels, car rental agencies, healthcare providers and financial institutions. Just follow our partners’ terms and conditions, present your membership card and enjoy exclusive offers to earn additional points. If you are a KTC-Bangkok Airways co-brand cardholder, you can also convert your KTC forever reward points to FlyerBonus points which are redeemable on Bangkok Airways’ award flight(s). I have checked my account balance and some flights are missing. What should I do?
If your FlyerBonus membership number is recorded on your boarding pass, earned points from the applicable flight will be automatically transferred to your account. It can take up to 14 working days after the flight activity date for points to appear on your membership activity page. If the said time period has elapsed, claiming for missing points can be done online (within 6 months of the date of flight activity) by visiting www.bangkokair.com/flyerbonus.

 

 


 

 

How can I check if my flight has been credited?
You can check your FlyerBonus point balance, as well as your last credited activity, by logging onto your membership account at www.bangkokair.com/flyerbonus. Please allow up to 14 working days after the flight activity date for points to appear on your membership activity page.

 

 


 

 

Is it possible to purchase additional points?
No, it is not possible to purchase additional points. However, you can earn points when utilizing a service from one of our non-airline partners or convert your KTC forever reward points to FlyerBonus points, redeemable on Bangkok Airways’ award flight(s).

 

 


 

 

Can I convert my credit card points to FlyerBonus points?
If you are a KTC-Bangkok Airways co-brand cardholder, you can convert your KTC forever reward points to FlyerBonus points, redeemable on Bangkok Airways’ award flight(s). The conversion charge is 1,000 KTC forever reward points per 10 FlyerBonus Points with no minimum amount required.

 

 


 

 

I have just enrolled. Can I credit a flight taken before enrolment?
Yes, retroactive credit on Bangkok Airways flights taken prior to enrolment is allowed if flights have been taken not more than 6 months before enrolment.

 

 


 

 

I have just enrolled. Can I credit a hotel stay made 3 weeks ago?
No, for all our non-airline partners, credit is only permitted after enrolment.

 

 


 

 

How do I ensure that my points are automatically credited to my account?
It’s as easy as quoting your membership number when making a reservation and presenting your FlyerBonus membership card at check-in. We do however, advise you to keep your original travel documents, original boarding passes and a copy of your ticket in order to retroactively credit points to your account.

 

 


 

 

How long do I have to wait in order to see points credited to my account?
It can take up to 14 working days after the flight activity date for points to appear on your membership activity page. Please do not request point crediting before this time period has elapsed.

 

 


 

 

How do I know when my points will expire?
Your points will normally remain valid for a period of 3 years. You can log onto on the FlyerBonus website www.bangkokair.com/flyerbonus to access your account and ascertain current point totals. We will also send you friendly reminders when your point expiration date approaches.
