Frequent Flyer Program Termination Announcement
It is with regret that Bangkok Airways and the FlyerBonus Program announce the termination of their partnership with Kingfisher Airlines and the King Club Frequent Flyer Program.
All aviation partnership aspects between Bangkok Airways Co. Ltd and Kingfisher Airlines, including interline and frequent flyer point accrual agreements, will cease effectiveness immediately.
All issues regarding the FlyerBonus and King Club Programs partnership post-termination will be managed as follows:
1. Ticket Award Redemptions - award tickets on Kingfisher Airline flights can be requested up until the date of announcement, April 12, 2012 only. Award redemption tickets issued on eligible IT flights before April 12, 2012 will remain valid for 12 months.
2. Points Accrual – effective from the announcement date, April 12, 2012, FlyerBonus members will no longer be eligible for accumulation of FlyerBonus Points on Kingfisher flights.
3. Any accrual transactions before April 12, 2012 will remain eligible for FlyerBonus points crediting.
4. Other Terms & Conditions of FlyerBonus apply.
