Medical Clearance / Case


Persons with infectious disease or following medical symptoms that may affect health and safety of other passengers on the flight are advised to contact Bangkok Airways Reservation Center / Call Center at least 24 hours in advance of departure in order to fill in a form and obtain medical clearance.

Guideline of Medical clearance upon check-in on departure date

Note : Method for counting the days: the first day after operation is day one. Any surgery beyond table as above, passenger can be accepted without medical certificate indicating “fit to fly”.

On departure day, Bangkok Airways reserves the right for the ground operations manager, ground staff on duty and/or pilot in command to deny boarding passenger, whose health condition is not fit to fly regardless of a medical certificate.
