Where can I redeem my points?
There are a variety of exciting awards to choose from when redeeming FlyerBonus points. It’s easy, convenient and hassle free! Members can redeem FlyerBonus points for award flight(s), hotel voucher(s) and/or car rental voucher(s). FlyerBonus awards begin from just 100 points for a one-way domestic flight and 150 points for a one-way international flight.
How can I book an award ticket?
Members can book an award ticket by visiting the FlyerBonus website and completing an online award redemption request anytime. Please note that open dated tickets are not permitted.
How far in advance do I have to book my award flight?
Award redemption and award booking must be completed online at least 5 days before the intended date of travel.
Can I book a one-way award ticket?
Yes! You can redeem points on one-way award tickets. FlyerBonus air awards begin from just 100 points for a one-way domestic flight and 150 points for a one-way international flight.
Can I make changes to an award ticket?
Yes! Award ticket changes (for travel dates and times) can be made by contacting FlyerBonus Customer Service at Tel : [Within Thailand:1771] [Outside Thailand:66(02) 270 6699] (Monday to Sunday, 8.00 hrs. - 20.00 hrs.). Please note that any change to a travel destination is only permitted once and only to destinations requiring the same redemption total as the original destination.
What is the validity of an award ticket?
Award tickets and award certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be used within the validity dates stated on the ticket. However, promotional tickets / certificates may have a more restricted validity. Expired tickets and certificates will be automatically deemed void.
What should I do if I want to redeem my points for a hotel stay or car rental?
Non-Airline Award redemptions must be completed online. The points will be deducted from the member’s account upon completing the online award request process. The non-airline award certificates will be delivered by registered mail to the member only at the member’s postal address given at time of enrolment. Please ensure the postal address is correct before requesting an award and 4 weeks should be allowed for delivery.
I have redeemed my points for hotel stay or car rental, what should I do next?
For non-airline award redemption, members must contact respective partners in advance to make a reservation by stating that payment will be in the form of a FlyerBonus award certificate. At time of check-in or car pick up, members must state their intention of using FlyerBonus award certificate as payment. The original copy of award certificate, FlyerBonus membership card, and/or other proper identifications will also need to be presented. Please note that the certificate holder shall be responsible for all applicable taxes, service charges and any other expense incurred.
