Bangkok, December 26, 2023 - Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited announces the relocation of its check-in counters from the original Row F, counters F01 - F15, to Row D, counters D10 – D19, at the departure hall on the 4th floor, Suvarnabhumi Airport. The mentioned service counters will be open from January 1, 2024 onwards. Passengers who would like to expedite the check-in and baggage-loading process can utilize the service kiosks at Rows D and E.
The details of Bangkok Airways' new service counters are as follows.
• D10 - Excess baggage payment
• D11, D12, D14 - Service counters
• D15, D16 - Standby passengers and staff tickets
• D17, D18 - Special assistance
• D19 - Business Class and FlyerBonus Premier and Premier Plus members
